My Personal Learning Journey

Our Personal Learning Journal workbook can be used to help young people to record their learning as they engage in Youth Work. It enables them to take ownership of their learning so that they are in control of your learning experience.  It can be used as an aid to support work towards Youth Achievement Awards, a Dynamic Youth Award, Personal Portfolio or a Volunteering Record.

It supports Youth Worker(s) to work in partnership with young people to will help you plan, deliver and review your learning journey. 

The workbook includes a range of work sheets and activities that;

• support reflective thinking
• provide a space to record your learning
• understand your identity within the context of your learning experiences
