CLD Practitioners Toolkit workbook

This workbook has been designed to support CLD practitioners and aids confident reflective practice.

The workbook can be used by practitioners to record their thoughts and observations, to plan actions and to reflect on the progress of work with groups in a community context.

• Set in 7 sections – each section representing a CLD competency.
• Each section has prompt questions to encourage reflective practice.
• Each section has space for notes to support the CLD practitioner to record and evidence progress.

The toolkit workbook can be used separately, but can also be used in conjunction with the CLD Toolkit Flash cards which have also been developed by Youth Highland.
